A North Carolina native, I am proud to be a member of the University of North Carolina faculty and continue to provide high quality care for patients across our great state. I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages; however, I have special interest and expertise in caring for older adults with cardiovascular disease and enjoy tailoring care plans to each individual patient in order meet their own specific health goals. When not seeing patients at our Eastowne clinic, you can find me reading cardiac ultrasounds, rounding at UNC Medical Center, or supervising our program for cardiac rehabilitation. I love the opportunity to work at a center like UNC thanks to the unique ability to work in multiple settings while also maintaining long-term patient relationships and contributing meaningfully to medical education.

Professional fees charged by care providers and organizations who are not employed, owned or managed by UNC Health may not be included under the same insurance contracts and may bill separately. Before scheduling your appointment, please contact the organization or care provider in charge of delivering these services as they may be able to help you identify who will be providing these services.
