My approach to patient care is a holistic one that understands that a person’s physical health, mental health and social circumstances all impact their well-being. I strive to increase a patient’s understanding of their health and to actively participate in all decisions regarding their healthcare. My special interests involve sexual health, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention, HIV treatment, hepatitis C treatment and tobacco cessation. Outside of work, I enjoy running, tennis, hiking and playing with my dogs.
