I became a Physical Therapist after experiencing multiple ankle injuries related to sports. The rewarding experience I had is what I strive to replicate with my own patients. My goal is to work alongside my patients to create an individualized, patient-centered plan to optimize daily and sport-related performance, using best evidence and a criterion-based approach to guide my decision making. My clinical interests include the management of non-operative knee pain including diagnoses such as runner's knee and patellar tendonitis, alongside post-operative knee injuries, with a specific focus on sports-related knee surgeries such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and meniscal injuries.
