My philosophy of care is to meet my patients where they are in life and take health and healthy changes one step at a time. I believe in moderation and realistic goal-setting. Outside of work, I like to read, paint, work on crafts, play with my children, go on dates with my husband, watch Netflix and eat good food. I am also active in my church community and currently work with the teenagers planning weekly activities and summer camps.
